Before she went to sleep, my mom admonished me: "Huwag kang magpupuyat." Of course, the right reply to this is "Yes." However it can't be helped, and I think she's aware of it. I fell asleep right after dinner which was around 8 pm. I wasn't supposed to. But then lying on my side (to get the ear drop seeping to the right place) in the dark would do nothing else for me but to sleep. So I did, waking up two-and-a-half hours later, 30 minutes late for my Monday House fix. (I thought of deterring my fix five days later, on the Saturday night reply of the Monday episode. Then I thought, "What the hell? I won't be sure I'll be able to watch it come Saturday, so why not watch it now.") I still had a slight headache, but it seemed to disappear just as the Titanic (watched the DiCaprio-Winslet romance when the ship was sinking already) broke in two.
So well, here I am, 2 hours later (it's 2:18 am), still online and still very much awake. It's become a habit for me that when I sleep early in the night and then I wake up a bit later, I'm bound to stay awake until morning comes, when I finally feel the effects of lack of sleep. But then, I can no longer sleep because, well, it's morning already.
I think young people have a lot of energy that just goes to waste or else not used to its full capacity. I'm trying to put my energies to good use. I just need consistency which I sorely lack. Plans and dreams need to get started on energy.
No longer in the mood to write. Talk more next time.
